Amenity Starter Pack:
Essentials provided for the start of your stay. Travel size body wash, shampoo/conditioner. Dishwasher soap, kitchen scrubber, dish soap, laundry detergent, kitchen trash bags, bathroom trash bags, makeup remover, paper towels and toilet paper. These essentials will most likely not last you the entirety of your stay however they will get you started. Cleaning supplies are provided.
Important Information:
No smoking in the home or pool area.
Strictly no narcotics or medicinal narcotics.
No events, parties, or pets allowed.
Restrictions on certain vehicles and parking.
Note to Guests:
Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach.
Pool may be heated $65. per day at any time of the year.
Community pool's are heated through Spring Break only.
Minimum age for renting is 25. No student groups allowed.

Renda Fisher is an awesome Host! She responded very quickly to a question and she was very helpful as well!!! We loved the house and it's location!! It had everything you needed for the stay and for the pool as well!! We had a Wonderful time here. The neighborhood was a very quiet neighborhood as well.

We loved the location of the house. You are close to everything. Greg and Renda are awesome to work with. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the pool. It was nice to come in from beach and sit out by the pool. Will definitely stay again.

The house, and space was very comfortable!! The water was still a bit chilly, but the views, and beach walks were amazing!! Renda was a great host, and very responsive with any issues/ and, or questions you may have. I would like to note that these beaches are not dog friendly, so be sure to bring your kennel with you if needed.

First I would like to say, Renda was such an amazing host. If we needed something, she was right on it. The place we booked was incredibly cleaned and organized. The pool heat was fantastic and perfect for the winter getaway. I can honestly say that we will be booking here soon again!

Renda was an incredible host! Extremely responsive and accommodating. Our family had a wonderful stay at Saige Place. The house was exactly as pictured. Located in a nice peaceful area not far from plenty of things to do. It was everything I hoped for! So relaxing.
