Fun on the bay!!!! Bailey's Bayside is a private 4BD 2.5BA home and is exactly what the doctor ordered if you need time to relax and enjoy life. The balance between quiet enjoyment of nature and water is found at Bailey's Bayside, however if go go go is what you are after you can also enjoy shopping, foodie and night life along with ton's of family entertainment just a short drive away. This home is located in a sleepy residential area of Santa Rosa Beach off the beaten path but very close to all the reasons millions and millions of people choose this area to vacation in year after year. Sugar sand beaches, clear emerald waters, 30-A, Crab Island, The harbor, Great dining, water sports and so much more.
First Floor: The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with table that sits 6, laundry with full sized washer and dryer, half bath, bedroom with king bed and waterview.
Second Floor: Large bedroom with king bed, waterview and private bathroom with tub/shower combo. One guest bedroom with queen bed. One guest bedroom with twin bed and trundle bed. One guest bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Total: 2 king beds, 1queen bed, 2 twin beds.
Outside: 3 parking spots, boat dock for fishing, swimming and possible tying your boat depending on size of boat. Partially covered back porch with grill, table and chairs. Large back yard.

House was very clean 3 bedrooms had plenty of room smaller bedroom had bunk beds and a sigle bed. The backyard was good size and the backporch and deck with the view was great. Outdoor furniture needed updating. Dislikes include a very busy street in the front of the house, hard to open windows onfirst floor for fresh air and no voice activation on main room TV?..but liked the electric fireplace below the TV...overall 4 out of 5 rating.

The vacation rental was perfect for our family which consisted of grandmother, grandfather, mom, dad and 2 year old son/grandson. Bailey's Bayside provided everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.
The layout of the house provided enough space for all of us. The back yard and back deck was very enjoyable. The area was peaceful,quite, and safe. I would certainly recommend this rental. Our hostess was fantastic and extremely kind. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful house, 2 kings size beds up stairs! Very clean! Close by to everything but far enough away that the nights are quiet. Renda is awesome and was there for anything we needed! Owners are very accommodating! Was hoping for a little more water depth at the dock but we knew the water was going to be low. Definitely going back!
